Customer Web Portal

The Ironbark Customer portal allows customers with log in access to:

  • Order product
  • View stock status
  • Enquire on previous orders and current order status
  • Account Balance
  • Previous Invoices
  • Previous Statements


The system is browser based and can be located on a remote web server. The system communicates using web services to the Ironbark database for customer specific pricing and discounting.

Product searching is flexible and can be with performed by

  • supplier,
  • category,
  • detail or
  • partial description search.


The order is updated using web services to the Ironbark server and placed in the order pick queue for processing and picks slips printed. eAlerts (emails) are produced to inform sales of incoming orders.

In 3PL WMS systems the customer can:

  • View stock on hand
  • Stock Movements
  • Reprint previous OMA and DRA
  • Previous end of week invoices
  • Discrepancy reports
