Ironbark Software's New Website LaunchIronbark Software are ecstatic to announce the launch of their new website! With a new look and feel the website has been redesigned to incorporate a modern layout with a focus on usability and ease of navigation.

Ironbark have not removed any information – all the case studies, industry specifications, career opportunities, staff profiles, core modules, client testimonials, and news stories are still available.

They have, however, added a plethora of new pages including news stories and additional information about new technologies and services such as cloud computing, the Ironbark data centre, and mobile computing.

Ironbark have also incorporated social media more heavily into the new website. They are hoping to build their Facebook and Twitter fan base with existing and prospective clients to allow timely and effective dissemination of information and updates.

Social media sharing buttons have also been included for easy sharing of services, case studies, information, news, and technology updates.

The new website also now contains a sign up page for those wishing to receive the quarterly Ironbark eNewsletter.

Ironbark Announces their new After Hours Support Service

Ironbark now provide After Hours Support services outside of normal trading hours.
Clients who require urgent attention* are now able to receive immediate assistance by
calling Ironbark’s dedicated support mobile phone number (before 7.30am and after
6.00pm, Monday- Friday; All Day Saturday and Sunday).

“This service will significantly increase the level of client support which has not been
available in previous years – until now… We are confident that many of our clients will
welcome this service, especially our clients in the Fresh Produce industry”, said Chris
Findlater, Managing Director of Ironbark Software.

Ironbark have implemented systems to efficiently manage their After Hours Support
service with staff allocated via a sophisticated roster system.

“There are considerable benefits for our clients who have taken up this service; who
operate outside normal trading hours, and we are optimistic that this service will
dramatically improve our client satisfaction levels …” said Mr Findlater.

Clients are still able to receive support during normal business hours (7.30am – 6.00pm;

Ironbark Celebrates 30 Years in Business

Ironbark celebrated 30 years in business at an anniversary gala event on Friday,
17th October 2008.

Held at ‘The Block’, Creative Industries Precinct at QUT Kelvin Grove, Ironbark staff
celebrated with over 130 clients and business associates.

“The event was a huge success for Ironbark. I was very happy with the night’s
proceedings, the venue and the turn out…” commented Chris Findlater – Managing
Director.

Guests were treated to a special live performance by illusionist Xavier Moody from Aerial
Angels and were served with fantastic food and wine from Culinart Creative Catering.

A video presentation commemorating Ironbark’s staff and software included
testimonials from clients including Family Care Medical Services, Rizzi Cold Storage,
Favco and Oz Poly / Fylost Roto Plastics and Austech Industries.

Ironbark Sponsors the Endeavour Rally

Ironbark Software is sponsoring the IP Express rally car for i.Power Solutions in the Great Endeavour Rally.

The 2007 Great Endeavour Rally is celebrating its 20th year in running this huge fundraising event. The Endeavour Foundation supports people with intellectual disabilities and was first established as a self-funded school in 1952.

The Great Endeavour Rally will commence on 10th July to 20th July starting in Toowoomba, to Kooralbyn via Birdsville; through approximately 5000 kilometres of Queensland’s outback.

This is the 1st time that i.Power Solutions have participated in this popular fundraising event raising approximately $26,000 for the Endeavour Foundation.
